Water Quality Report - Terms of Use

By accessing and using the Will's Friends Water Quality Report tool (the "Tool"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Tool.

Data presented in this Tool is sourced from:

• Tennessee Department of Environment & Conservation (TDEC) laboratory analysis
• Environmental Working Group (EWG) health guidelines and research
• Peer-reviewed scientific studies from PubMed and other academic sources

All data sources are publicly available government and research records. While we strive for accuracy and update data regularly:

• Water quality can vary over time and by location within a utility's service area
• Test data represents point-in-time sampling and may not reflect current conditions
• Different sampling points may yield different results
• We cannot guarantee the completeness or currency of all data

• User interface design and presentation

• Database structure and queries

is the proprietary property of Wills Friends, LLC and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:

• Reproducing, copying, or distributing the Tool or its content
• Modifying or creating derivative works
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code
• Commercial use or resale
• Framing or embedding in other websites without permission
• Scraping or automated data collection

7. Permitted Use

You may use the Tool for personal, non-commercial purposes to:

• View water quality information for your own household
• Make informed decisions about your family's water consumption
• Understand contaminants detected in your area

You may not use the Tool to create competing products or services, or for any commercial purpose without express written permission from Wills Friends, LLC.

8. Privacy

We do not collect personal information through the Water Quality Report Tool. Zip codes entered are used solely to retrieve relevant water quality data and are not stored or tracked.

9. Changes to Terms

Wills Friends, LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Tool after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
