The water softener equipment itself comes with Honest Water Co.'s manufacturer warranty:

What Voids Your Warranty

We have to be clear about this. Your warranties are void if:

1. Unauthorized modifications

If you or another company modifies the system without our approval, we can't guarantee it anymore. Makes sense, right? We can't warrant work we didn't do.

2. Operating outside normal parameters

Our systems are designed for typical residential water:

  • • Temperature: 39-100°F
  • • pH: 3.0-11.0
  • • TDS (Total Dissolved Solids): Up to 2000 ppm
  • • Maximum hardness: 350 mg/L

3. Neglect or improper use

4. Acts of God
