Who we are
Howdy, I'm Will.
I started Will's Friends two years ago. My mom and I also run a top 10 real estate team in Nashville, with the #1 YouTube channel for luxury buyers moving here. This year I sold my property management company, one of the leaders in its industry. All of my focus, and the money from that sale, is going into this company.
We serve high-end homeowners, and most of them are moms. Our secret sauce is simple: we love our own mothers, and we treat every customer the way we would want someone to treat ours. That is why 60 to 75% of our jobs come from referrals and repeat customers. We give a ton away, and we think in decades, not quarters.
I am a Christian. Not a weird one, but it is what I submit myself to, and it keeps me in check. I take what God has trusted me with seriously, and His word shapes how we treat each other and the company we are building. We want to start a team Bible study for anyone who wants in, and keep growing what we give back locally.
My wife serves with Brentwood Fire, and I want the same family feel her firehouse has. That means cigars, house parties, bonfires, company trips when we hit our goals, and decisions that are good for your whole family, not just our bank account. No. If you qualify for one, you get it after you are hired.
How does pay work?
Every two weeks you get your performance pay or a guaranteed base, whichever is bigger. Performance pay rewards volume. You also get a sign-on bonus, repaid if you leave within 12 months. Any overtime is paid at time and a half.
What is the schedule?
Full time, built with you so it fits your life. No 24/7 on-call.
Is the ride-along paid?
Yes. You spend a paid day in the field with us before anyone decides anything.
Do I have to be a Christian to work here?

What are the requirements?
You can lift 75 lbs on your own, with or without reasonable accommodation. You have a valid driver's license and a driving record our insurance will approve for a company vehicle. With your written consent we review your driving record before any offer. Offers are conditional on a background check, a drug test and our insurance approving you as a driver.
