I really cant say enough good things about Will, Chance, and Sara! Getting our water softener and R.O. filter with them has been beyond the best customer service. They went above and beyond in literally every way! Not only was the friendliness and communication fantastic from them all, but the quality of the work that Chance does is excellent. Our water finally tastes amazing, we have peace of mind that everything was done right, and they even brought us some awesome new company merch. We feel like they are our friends now. They also helped us with a side project, which was super generous on their part, considering Will's prices are very competitive. I highly recommend this plumbing company! From start to finish, they were professional, thorough, honest, and incredibly trustworthy. They took the time to carefully assess the issue, explain exactly what was going on, and walk us through our options without ever making us feel pressured into unnecessary repairs. What really stood out was how they went above and beyond what we initially called them for. In addition to addressing the immediate problem, they took the extra time to inspect other areas of our plumbing system to make sure there weren’t any additional issues or potential problems we should be aware of. That extra level of care and attention gave us tremendous peace of mind and showed that they genuinely care about their customers—not just completing the job and moving on. Their honesty and attention to detail were exceptional. They didn’t look for ways to sell us services we didn’t need. Instead, they clearly explained what needed attention, what didn’t, and what we may want to keep an eye on in the future. They were knowledgeable, dependable, respectful of our home, and communicated with us throughout the entire process. It can be difficult to find a plumbing company you feel completely comfortable trusting, but this is absolutely one of them. Will gave us a fair quote for a new water softener. Chance arrived on time and finished the job without any issues. The system works great and our water feels much better.

Chance installed it the next week, working in our tight crawl space. He wore shoe covers the entire time and even cleaned up the area around the water heater. Will followed up to show us how to change the filters. The difference in our water and skin is incredible. We finally feel comfortable drinking from the tap again.

Just had my whole home water filtration system installed by Chance from Will’s Friends. He was absolutely awesome, he answered all of our questions, and took extra time making sure he left the garage better than it looked when he arrived. If anyone is looking at using Will’s Friends we highly recommend Chance to do the install.

Will and Chance installed our water softener and a reverse osmosis filter for our home. The entire process was quick, easy, and the they couldn’t have been nicer guys. They communicated well and walked us through every step. Definitely 5-stars and an easy recommend to everyone I know! Apparently they offer other plumbing services of interest, so I’ll definitely be having them back.

We had Will out to inquire about a filter system for our home. He was on time, cheerful and passionate for what he does. He checked out our system that we had, tested our water and it really wasn’t that bad which he stated. I however could always smell a chlorine smell in our water. I was pretty adamant about getting a new system which we did. The install was very professional and quick. That night i took a bath with my filtered water and OMG! Like clean smelling lake water. No more dry burning skin. If you’re wanting a Filtration system for your home with clean healthy water, Will’s friends is the company to do it!! 10/10!

Will's Friends was absolutely top-notch. Dan came in a few times for a leak that we had in our shower and he explained everything that was going on, what went wrong with the last plumbers that tried to fix it, and then provided a clear solution for the issue. 10/10 would recommend.

We recently moved to Franklin TN. There was an RO system already installed that hadn't been cared for in years. This was the first thing we needed done. Daniel, the technician went ABOVE and BEYOND! He was under the crawl space of the house and discovered 50+ feet of PVC pipes for the water that had been installed. All the water was sitting in PVC... (toxic additives and vinyl chloride.) He removed it all and got it set up correctly. SO appreciated. I've included photos of my water tests as well. Chlorine in my family's water is no longer an issue.

We recently had a full house water filtration and reverse osmosis installed by Will’s Friends and I can’t even express how amazing it is!!!. I can’t believe we didn’t do it sooner. You can feel the difference immediately-My hair, skin, laundry are all 1000% better! We have also used them for other plumbing emergencies in our home and everything is always great. Got the whole home system and under sink RO installed at my Franklin house last month. The installation guys were super professional and finished everything in one day. The drinking water tastes amazing now - honestly hate having to drink tap water when we go out to restaurants lol. My morning coffee is so much better and we’re not getting those gross mineral deposits in the shower anymore which is awesome. Haven’t really noticed big changes in my skin and hair yet but I’m sure that’ll come with time. The water just feels softer when I shower. My husband loves that the RO system doesn’t take up much cabinet space and the water pressure is great. Definitely happy we did it - the water quality difference is noticeable. Would recommend if you’re dealing with Franklin’s hard water!

I am originally not from Nashville and immediately noticed the water here had a different taste and smell. After doing some research on how contaminated it can be, I reached out to Wills Friends. They were super responsive, friendly, and I loved that they are locally owned and family friendly. Since having their system installed there has been a complete change. The water no longer smells like chlorine, my skin is not as dry, my breakouts have gone down, and my hair feels so much healthier. The difference has been amazing and I honestly believe clean water makes a huge impact on overall health. I cannot thank them enough and would recommend anyone in Nashville to get a filtration system because the results are incredible.
